Overall a good experience. Quality of food is good. Server try to go above and beyond but I'm guessing with busy it gets there are things that get overlooked. I would definitely recommend the hot pot (soup) experience vs the BBQ. My issue was while I was doing my hot pot they also put my BBQ items on the grill. By the time I finished with the soup BBQ was already cold. Side salad bar is OK but definitely cannot compete with most other places where they bring it out separately. Desert is self served too. My server Kim was overall nice but halfway through got very slow and was forgetting things I asked or she offered to do which resulted in me waiting for a long time, which is an issue at a dining experience that is capped at 2h. I didn't like all the loud birthday congratulations. Kinda annoying. I would definitely not want that on my BD.

First timer, let me tell you before we were even seated the place smelled amazing. To tell the truth I was a little intimated by the menu and how it all worked. Our server Malaki was very helpful explaining the process to us. The food was exceptional we ordered both the hot pot and the bbq. I was partial to the bbq portion. The spice bar explains how to make the sauce you want, although the measurements are missing. Luckily I added just the right amount of ingredients for it to turn out delicious. Food was above average however I wasn't a fan of having to cook/grill it. There was so much going on at once it was difficult to enjoy the meal. If you don't mind trying to eat AND cook at the same time, by all means try KPOT. I understand their high review scores. It's just not my bag. Glad I gave it a try, will I be back...probably not. Of the many Korean BBQs and separate Korean Hot Pots this great combination was superior in many ways. The choice of foods for both was great quality. My greatest example would be the "everyone's choice" Korean Kalbi Short Ribs. Most joints have very little flavor, yet the KPOT ribs were highly marinated truly strong Kalbi flavor. All ingredients for the BBQ and Hot Pot were high quality and fresh. The sauce bar was excellent with a variety of raw ingredients to prepare your own sauces. There were prepared sauces. And there were sauce recipes posted so an inexperienced patron could make the desired sauce. You don't find this luxury at other Korean joints. Finally there was a hot buffet bar for fried rice, chicken wings, chicken nuggets, fries, onion rings, and more. Even this bar was well stocked with try with quality foods. The service was beyond great. The waitress was a great tutor on how to order using the digital menu. Any help or need was immediately addressed by our waitress. Within short minutes of placing an order foods arrived on individual plates and bowls. We are talking numerous individual orders. Yet with ALL those empty plates and bowls nothing ever clut

I had a great experience at Kpot Hot Pot overall. The service was really good—Jane was especially friendly and did an excellent job explaining the menu, which made everything much easier for first-timers. The atmosphere is lively, loud, and fun, making it a great spot for groups. If you’re celebrating, definitely let them know it’s your birthday—they’ll come out and sing, which adds to the energetic vibe. As for the food, it was solid. We ordered the Thai Tom Yum soup, which was flavorful but leaned a bit on the sweeter side for my taste. The meats and seafood were both fresh and good quality. The vegetable portions were on the smaller side, but since it’s all-you-can-eat, you can easily order more without an issue. The kitchen was a little slow getting dishes out, but it’s understandable since it’s their opening week. Overall, a fun dining experience with good food and great service—I’d definitely come back!

Lily was our server ended a great job of taking care of us on their grand opening night. She was attentive, sweet, and made sure everything was good for us on their busy night! We were told that the wait for an 8 top would be close to 2 hours, but we were seated within 35 minutes during their dinner rush. Our family ordered the thai tom yum soup base and we all enjoyed it! Surprisingly everything came out super quick and accurate. We left full and happy! We are so glad to have a hot pot and barbecue down the street from us. Can’t wait to come back!! EDIT: We came back again today and had Nathan as our server! He was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, staff has been wonderful both visits!
